The Va'ad Hakashrut of Hong Kong operates under the direction of Rabbi Martin van den Bergh and employs a full time resident mashgiach. The VHHK is responsible for supervising the strict kashrut of the Jewish Community Centre, with its restaurants, catering facilities, and retail shop.

Supervision for private off site functions has also been arranged at some of Hong Kong's most exclusive venues (The Peninsula Hotel, The Shangri La Hotel, etc.). Kosher has never been easier in Hong Kong!
